• Images and videos: Media files voluntarily uploaded via the used pallet collection form in order to evaluate the material status.
• Navigation data: IP address, browser type, access time, and other anonymous navigation metadata handled via cookies (see Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes of Processing

Collected personal data are processed for the following purposes:

• Execution of pre-contractual measures: Preparing commercial pricing proposals for new/used pallets and economic valuations for used pallet collections upon request.
• Operational and organizational management: Coordinating transportation, collection, or delivery of goods at the designated facility.
• Legal obligations: Complying with tax, accounting, and customs obligations, and handling waste identification forms (FIR) in case of wood disposal.
• Customer support: Responding to general questions or business enquiries sent through the contact page.
